General Delivery Information

Delivery prices, times and guidelines for when you should expect your order.

All prices are per order, not per item.

Saver
  • Price:  £3.50
  • Assembly time*: Up to 5 working days from receipt of order
  • Transit time**: 5 to 10 working days from despatch of order (delivery partner is Royal Mail).

Standard
  • Price:  £4.95
  • Assembly time*: Up to 5 working days from receipt of order
  • Transit time**: 2 to 3 working days from despatch of order (delivery partner is Royal Mail).

Express
  • Price:  £8.50
  • Assembly time*: Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday will be despatched the next day. Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm will be despatched the next working day. Orders placed at weekends (or Bank Holidays) will be processed on the next working day and dispatched after 24 hours.
  • Transit time**: Next working day from despatch of order (delivery partner is Parcel Force).

The small print

  • We offer 3 levels of delivery service for mainland UK addresses - Saver, Standard and Express.
  • * Assembly time is the time it will take to assemble your order. As many of our products are either framed or mounted individually by hand, please allow between 1 and 5 working days for this.
  • ** Transit time is the time allowed for the goods to be delivered once despatched, not from receipt of order.

  • If you spend £50 or more on an order with us, you will automatically qualify for FREE Saver delivery. Please note that the free delivery offered for Album Print-only orders uses the Saver delivery service. However, if you would like to upgrade your delivery you may do so at the Checkout, and simply pay the difference.
  • The carrier service specified may be altered at the time of despatch due to weight restrictions or delays affecting specific carriers. The quoted delivery time however should not alter.
  • Jigsaws and Calendars will take 5 working days from when we receive your order to despatch, and may arrive separately from other items you order. This will not affect your delivery charges.


  • Unfortunately this site cannot currently take on-line orders for delivery outside the UK. For delivery to North America, please click here to be taken to our North American website. For delivery to countries outside the UK and North America, please click here and send a message to our customer services team, who will then contact you direct to advise shipping costs. Please note that we do not currently offer framed items for overseas delivery.
